I recently had the pleasure of working with USA Air Conditioning Services for the installation of a new central air system in my home, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free.

Stay away from this company. They are scammers. I got a brand new AC in 2020 with 5 years warrant and now I haven't had a working AC in 3 weeks. It's been giving me troubles since the first year it was installed. Everything has been going bad from compressor to motor. Every year the AC goes bad. Now it's the motor . Their own technician (who's been here multiple times) literally told me it's a waste of money to fix. I've been trying to talk to the manager Roy that still haven't call me back. Every time I call he's so call in a meeting.

There were two visits to the house. The first warranted a 5 the second a 0. Original technician showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. He needed a part that was far away and a hurricane was on the way, so he could not repair the unit until the next day. A second set of technicians arrived the next day and started to disassemble the wrong unit and install a new fan motor. How hard is it to ask which unit to fix. They finally installed the fan motor on the broken unit, but the workmanship was poor. I thought very highly of the first technician, but the other two need to go back to trade school.

Contractors said that the ducts were in great shape and didn't need cleaning at this time. They rcommend to get them checked every 6-8 months. Great service and super helpful

TRACY WAS Fantastic, he repaired leaking ductwork and electrical as per build inspectors notes, for final inspection. He is Honest ,Trustworthy , and Relible,very Knowledgeble , DOES A GREAT PROFESSIONAL JOB. this is not only great for the company but is great for the customer as well !!!!!you do not find many tech like this one????

Lou and his assistant took their time diagnosing my issue and come toa cost effective solution. The problem is resolved. Thank you guys for your prompt and courteous service.

Gill has very good customer service skills and the Engineer Edry was very knowledgeable. He was honest about the good state of our Duct System; unlike other companies who would try and get you to just spend money even if you do not need to. He also recommended what we might need to better protect us against bacteria infection. Very good service. I will hire them again.

Techs arrived to clean A/C vents. They did NOT do what they were supposed to and attempted to do work not required.

Since I was having issues with my air ducts, they were able to schedule the service call the same day. The techs arrived on time, were very professional and thorough, and resolved the issues the same day. They quickly identified the issue (dirty/molding air handler) and cleaned the unit and all exposed surfaces very thoroughly. Great service and because of that, I have contracted with them for regular HVAC maintenance.

The technician was very thorough and explained everything that needed to be done.

They are dishonest and do not perform the services they advertise. It is fraud. They come to your home at your expense to give quote to new AC. They perform drama to tell you your AC is broken.I bought whole house package for $79 as advertised. It includes AC tune up (AC Not cooling or AC leaking), 24 point inspection, Drain line flush,Air duct cleaning, Basic Dryer vent cleaning, Microbial testing on air quality, check attic insulation. Two people came (David and helper). I complained about AC leaking. David asked the helper to open the HVAC panel, he looked at it and said it is broken, it is old, and he can not touch. He said coil is leaking. He went out checked Freon and said it is low and hence coil leaking. I asked him at least drain the line. He did just what I have been doing to put Dry Vac from outside. That all he did for AC which is nothing. Did fix the leak. Regarding Air duct leaning, For the 10 vents I have he cleaned one vent in the hall. Din even bother to clean Dryer vent. Promptly asked for $79 check. Shameless and fraud. Do not allow them (David) into your home. It is waste of your time. I have to call the unqualified Service Systems -9549690570" as suggested by my insurance. He checked and told me that your AC is working perfect, no coil leak and Freon levels are perfect and your drain line is clogged. He got high pressure CO2 calendar in and flush the drain line. Leak stopped. AC is working fine now.

Certified Technicians David and William where extremely knowledgeable, friendly and customer focused. They explained everything in detail on the service they performed on our HVAC system and what the repairs would cost. We are new to Florida and they made us feel like we had been customers for years.

I called and made an appointment with this company they called me twice to change the appointment time and finally when we had agreed on the third appointment time they never showed up or called

I thought their quote was initially expensive but they were open to negotiation and they found and fixed a leak in my system no charge.
