Everything was packed already and they put everything into the truck except for 12 large items. After it was packed he told me it was going to cost $6000 instead of $5000. He said he had to charge me more because it was more square feet. I agreed to the $6000. He told me he had to go to Tampa to get another truck to get the rest. Once he gets everything in the truck he tells me it is now going to be $9000. He told me if I were to cancel I would be charged $4000. Finally we agree and they bring my things to California. He said I had to sign the papers or he would not unload my belongings. They lost my couch and a lot of my belongings were damaged. My mattresses were also stained even though they charged me extra to have them wrapped. I also have boxes of broken dishes. It has been two months and I still do not have my couch.

It was a guaranteed estimate. When they arrived it was a bait and switch and made me pay an additional $95.00 because they claimed they had to box the couch cushions. They used my own boxes and none of their own packing material. The dispatcher was so nasty and the original sales person was unavailable. I would be very wary of making arrangements online again because of the bad experiences both my daughter and myself have had. They didn't unload the items into the house. They left trash everywhere. They were just awful.
