"PLEASE! PLEASE. Do NOT ignore the bad comments here like I did. Do not hire this company. They are NOT reliable. As people are saying , at first Fredy looks great and very attentive. Once I signed the contract and deposited 15% of the entire pool , he told me I had to do a soil test and because of that , the cost of the pool would Double- getting completely out of my budget- If he is the expert why was this soil test was NEVER mentioned BEFORE he took my money? It was no surprise that they never returned my calls and kept my money WITHOUT building my POOL. I am now suing them after more than 1 year and countless emails and phone calls trying to resolve this issue with no success. Please save yourself from this BIG HEADACHE DO NOT HIRE THEM"

"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."
