The experience was fantastic. They were excellent. They were on time. Their installation crew was amazing. They were clean and nice. The pantry closet was a funny shape and they had to build most of the closet before they installed it. They couldn't get in the pantry. They had to take it apart to install it. They were really good at solving problems instead of just saying they couldn't do it. They were really good and they were able to get everything done in a timely fashion. They did a good job and everything was clean. The owner is Rebecca and she answers all of the phone calls. She will answer calls and emails even after working hours. She was very good. She was very professional even when I had weird requests. She made adjustments without any issues.

Rebbeca was hired to install cabinets in our house. she promised the best quality in materials and installation. That was not the case. Rebecca's team installed a very low quality closet in our new house. when they said they where finished we noticed right away that the quality of materials and installation was of very poor quality. when we opened the drawers they were loose and shifting from side to side and then all of a sudden the cover of the drawer just popped out instead of using nails they used staples to staple together the drawer. we also noticed that the walls of closet itself is not strong it would move by just touching it which causes anything that's maintained by the hinges to fall inside the closet. Rebbeca was contacted and her response was very aggressive she demanded to keep half of our money. It was explained to her that if she would of told us that this is the quality she is selling we would of never agreed. She bullied us and than threatened us with getting her legal dept. to come after us. I refuse to be taken advantage by companies like hers so i decided to contact you and make you aware of her business practices. As I finish writing this experience she texted me her attorneys name and phone number to intimidate me telling me he is awaiting my call.
