Excellent. They were on time they did everything well and they have a reasonable price.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY: I have the worst experience with this company. They are a fraud! They have an excellent sales pitch to pray on new customers name Walter Keener, he said the company was certified by “ Wheaton Van Lines“ but this is not true for in state Florida moves and that my furniture would be covered by a $10K insurance. On moving date, the first thing I was reminded was to tipped about 3 times by Mark, they made me signed documentation that I did not read in detail as I was in the middle of a move. I trusted this company with my furniture, which I’m still paying for, paid them a high price as I thought I was paying for a reliable company and they RIPPED my sectional sofa that cost $1,250. I was told that a claim form will need to be completed and that they would reach out. I tipped all 3 moving personnel even though they damaged my sectional. No one reached out to me and I had to make several calls that went unanswered. Finally the owner of the company Cory Hermelyn sent me a claim form to be completed. They sent me a check for $90 dollars ( I paid more in tips) and a letter from the owner stating they confirm the damages but that they will pay .60 cents per pound as listed on the document I signed the day of the move and that I didn’t pay for additional insurance. I was never told about additional insurance, the sales person said it was covered for $10K and who reads additional documentation in the middle of a move? I will file a small claims against this company in the state of Florida but I just want to make people aware of the lies and deceit this company runs. I am a single mother and did a sacrifice of spending hard earned money in this time of pandemic to protect my belongings and fell in the trap of lies of this company. I am doing this review to help other people not to fall for it.

They were 15 minutes early the first day when they picked up my furniture. The next day they were delivering. They asked if they could come very early. I said of course. They were right on time which was 6:00 am for delivery. They had to drive about 3 1/2 hours. They were wide awake and as professional as ever. They helped us move some paint cans left by the builder and helped me decide where to put some pieces. I love these guys. I hope this is my last move but used them last November also. They are great!

The moving crew were so nice to work with and they handled my furniture like it was theirs! They made sure not to scratch the walls of the house I was renting with the coffee table and dinning room table. The movers arrived on the specific time I arranged with the salesman (Walter) which was very helpful dealing with all my questions one at a time. As soon as the movers come in they got right to work and started packing my stuff. They took good care of all my belongings which made me feel even more compfortable with my choice. The movers were fast and professional. When my furniture arrived I was not sure what to expect since I have never moved like this before but I was preasantly surprised all my items came in great condition and I was ecstatic with everything from start to finish and I am ready to start my new life in this state. I was very satisfied with C & C Moving I will tell whoever is moving that I know to definitely use this moving company. They were professional, and very accommodating. They used rugs (runners) in both houses to keep the floors clean which I really appreciated. My furniture was moved quickly and wasn?t damaged at all, NOT A SCRATCH. They helped move an existing piano at the new house and helped rearrange furniture when I changed my mind ? always with a happy attitude. Corey was great to work with ? I rescheduled the move, out a couple days, with no issue. I can?t speak highly enough about C & C Moving ? they were great to work with, affordable, and I absolutely recommend them!

They were great. Their prices are competitive and I would highly recommend them to others.

They left my red lacquered console on their truck for almost two weeks! When I discovered that it was missing, the day of the move, they were evasive as to its whereabouts, and did not seem the least bit concerned. Cory, the owner, told me that he could not deliver it until after the 4th of July. When I called back after the 4th, Cory was rude and said that they were on vacation so he didn't have an answer. The next time I called, he said he would get an answer and call me back in 15 minutes. I waited 45 minutes, and when I didn't hear from him, I called again and he made up a date because he said I was pressing him for a date and he didn't have one. When I finally received the console, it was totally destroyed!! It is unsalvageable. They dropped it off at my apartment when I was in another room and didn't hear them come to the door. My housekeeper happened to be there that day and she noticed immediately that the furniture piece was severely damaged. She asked the movers to wait so she could go get me, They just ran out the door! I never even got to speak to them! When I called & complained, and asked Cory how he could ever deliver my furniture to me in that condition, he offered no apology whatsoever. He said was that he would send me a claim form. Period. Nothing else. I asked him what that would involve and he told me that I would get $0.60 on the dollar ? that I hadn't taken insurance so he could do no more. I suspect that they deliberately left the piece of furniture on the truck the day of the move as they didn't want the damage to affect their tip. Now I have to pay someone to remove the furniture from my apartment. I also want to add a few other things. After they delivered boxes to me, they charged me for the delivery, which I thought was wrong. I told him that you can buy boxes on the internet with free shipping. Then, the boxes were a problem, as they didn't close all the way when trying to tape them together. I had bought some boxes from U-Haul, and they were fine. I ended up returning as many boxes as I could to C&C. They also damaged the leg on my bar when they were taking it out of my apartment. They lost the plug that held up the shelf in my entertainment console. These guys have no integrity whatsoever, I am appalled at the way Cory acted, like he was doing me a favor returning my furniture, and then had the audacity to return it in that condition without a word of apology. I would avoid ever using these guys. They are really bad news. This is not how you treat someone after you have damaged their belongings. Avoid ever using these guys!!!! I just read the response from C & C Moving, and they are outright liars! I NEVER refused the delivery of my console..... I called EVERY DAY asking when it would be delivered. I was told that it could not be delivered before July 4th, as there was no one available to make the delivery. Then after July 4th, Corey kept telling me he just got back and he had to look into it. Why would I refuse delivery when I was calling every day to get it returned to me? I was home doing nothing but unpacking for weeks, and stayed home 4th of July weekend. Also, my housekeeper will attest to the fact that she asked them to wait while she got me, and they ran off! The boxes.... the flaps did not come together when the boxes were EMPTY! This had nothing to do with under packing the boxes, and that is why I used U-Haul boxes and send C & C's back. They were inferior. No point in me struggling to tape a box together. I had moved from NYC to Florida two years ago, and never had a problem with the boxes with that mover either. Don't every use these guys!!!!! They have no integrity whatsoever I cannot believe that they had the audacity to print LIES in their response. Please see the photos of the damaged unit that I have submitted. It is unsalvageable.

There's nothing to complain about. The guys were awesome.

This was our second time using this company to help us move. Craig is professional, courteous, goes out of his way to help, and most importantly, HONEST. The move date went so smoothly, just like the first time. Makes moving ALOT less stressful when you have a great moving company! The movers showed up on time, got to work immediately, and got us settled in the new house in no time. Do not hesitate to use this company!

Do use them. Do keep your clothes in your dressers and they blanket and strap them so there is no need to unpack drawers. Don't hesitate to call to confirm or ask questions. They are like talking to good friends in the office.

When we first decided to move, we asked around our building for a reference and only got complaints from everyone about their own moving experiences. So Michael went on the Better Business Website and found you because you had The Best record of anyone around. We did not want any problems or horror stories of our own.From the beginning, we were treated with respect and professionalism. The quote we were given was the price we paid, and we had heard that NEVER happens. Oh, yes it does! On the day of our move, Berndt led the team and was friendly, courteous, thorough, and took his responsibility very seriously. Greg and Cole capably assisted and all the whole team worked great together. Our possessions were treated with care and were properly covered/padded when necessary. Even the elevators were unscathed when our new building forgot to put up the padded covers. We were amazed how quickly the entire process proceeded. Not one item was damaged or lost, and that also was a first. When I thought a piece of a pole lamp was missing, I contacted Creg and left a message, thinking this was just a shot in the dark and I?d never get a response. However, Creg called me back right away to my surprise spent DAYS on the hunt for this ?missing? piece. Nobody could locate it. Creg, to my amazement, offered to have the lamp fixed at a nearby lighting store. He even offered to come pick it up. To make a long story short, it took the moving team leader, Berndt, to solve the puzzle when he reassembled the lamp properly and all pieces were accounted for. We?ve worked in customer service all our lives, and this experience defines the meaning of exceeding expectations. Needless to say, we highly recommend C&C Shipping to everyone and we won?t go anywhere else for our future moves. Michael and Margaret A
