Poor service felt like I was being scammed. Not a locksmith company I’d ever go to again or recommend to anyone. STAY AWAY

The first time I tried to used them they didn't show up. When I finally got them to show up, they were late and extremely disorganized. I didn't like the employees attitude, and he was very unprofessional. I then went to the actual store to have a key made and the key never worked. I then used Angie's List to find a locksmith and since ASAP was on the list I decided to try them again. On the day of the actual appointment they never showed up or had any record of the appointment. When they tried to fix all this they promised to have someone show up within the hour and he didn't show up.

Jimmy Shteynberg is the Technician who filled the lock request. He was prompt for the appointment. He called me ten minutes prior to the allotted window of time to let me know he was on his way to the house. Jimmy was professional, courteous and quick to provide suggestions on my lock product questions. I had originally planned to rekey another lock and install an electronic deadbolt. After my discussion with Jimmy, we decided to drill out the deadbolt hole on the door and door frame and replace the deadbolt with the standard deadbolt I had purchased. He answered all of my questions and provided tips on lock installations for future reference. He also replaced the mailbox lock since that could not be rekeyed. Prior to starting the work, Jimmy walked through the cost breakdown for the work we decided to complete today compared to my initial estimate that I received on the phone. I would use A.S.A.P. Locksmith for future lock services.

These guys are great. Showed up on time. Gave me a price and came over the same day to install. The locksmith, Fred, was very nice. He did a great job and cleaned up after himself. Experience was great from the 1st call. From their phone staff to the locksmith, they were totally professional.

THEY CAME IN, DID THE JOB AND LEFT. THEY DIDN'T MESS AROUND. THEY WERE EXPENSIVE, BUT THEY CHARGED WHAT THEIR COMPETITORS WOULD HAVE CHARGED. THEY SHOWED ME HOW THE NEW LOCKS WORKED AND MADE SURE I UNDERSTOOD EVERYTHING.

THE GUYS THERE WERE VERY NICE AND HELPED ME INSTANTLY. THEY HAD ALL THE KEYS IN STOCK THAT I NEEDED WHICH MANY OTHER STORES HADN'T HAD. THE KEYS THEY CUT WORKED, TOO! THEY WERE OPEN EARLY SO I WAS ABLE TO GO THERE BEFORE WORK WHICH WAS AWESOME. WHILE WAITING I SAW THEY HAD A KEY HOLDER TO HIDE UNDER YOU CAR WHICH I NEEDED AND COULDN'T FIND ANYWHERE ELSE. THEY SOLD ME THE ONE I NEEDED AND ALSO COMPLETELY INSTALLED THE THING - WHICH MEANT LAYING ON THE CONCRETE UNDER MY CAR! I LEFT NOT SPENDING MUCH BUT GETTING THINGS THAT I HAD NEEDED FOR MONTHS AND ALSO RECEIVED STELLAR SERVICE.
