This was one of 9 companies I contacted for this job. They were the only company to offer a 2 yr warranty on labor & their price was actually lower than what I paid. Unfortunately they were on ‘The Rip Off Report’ online so we decided not go with them. I give them the benefit the doubt regarding their overall service so my grading of this company reflects that, I just wasn't comfortable using them.

This company is a complete scam. We moved to Florida in the summer of 2011 and we called Air Care Solutions to perform an inspection on our A/C system. The guy who came was a complete salesman and since we didn't know anything about the area, he managed to convince us to install two UV lights (to prevent mold) and a service agreement for 5 years to clean the ducts, disinfect and deodorize, inspect the A/C units, fill-up with freon, if necessary and several other things. One year went by and first, it was almost impossible to have them come over. We called several times and the moment we say we have a 5-year contract agreement, they would say someone will call back to schedule an appointment and never did. On the fifth time we made a scandal and they finally made an appointment. When they came this time around, they started talking about selling us items (filter, A/C fuel, etc.) from the door before even looking at anything. The person said that our contract that we took the year before was only for them to do the inspection and anything else is extra and we need to replace this, that and that (and our system is only 3 years old). I also called the company and they said the same thing - that what we paid for was for the services for the previous year and the 5-year contract is for check-up only. Basically, the person the year before misrepresented what we were getting and promised a list of things that the firm does not want to honor. You can also check BBB and see that there are multiple complaints against them there as well. This is the first time I'm doing a review for a company but I am so angry at this company's unprofessionalism and misleading selling that I want to prevent others from being burnt the same way.
