Description of Work: BEWARE â—˜ BEWARE â—˜ BEWARE! Absolute WORSE move I ever experienced!!We thoroughly research before we agreed to use them... or so we thought we did. We used National Relocation Van Lines (5 stars), but all the paperwork said National Relocation Solutions. I was outright lied to about the cost - quoted $2,700 then after they loaded the truck on a Sunday night at 11 pm, I was told it was almost $8,000; but I couldn't get my stuff until I paid them in cash. I asked numerous times if the truck was going straight from my place in SC to my place in FL and was assured it was - only to find out it spent several days in NC before making its way down to FL. When it was finally unloaded, I discovered my antique corner curio cabinet was missing (was told by driver it was in the warehouse... remember, the truck should never have been unloaded... and yet, I still don't have it!!!) Boxes were thrown into my storage, busted up, and items damaged. And on top of everything else, they were ALWAYS AVAILABLE BEFORE they pick up your things, but NEVER ANSWER once the truck leaves your home!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

+ -1 more. The actual moving guys were polite and helpful. Once our household was loaded on their truck is where it went bad. First they couldn't locate where our stuff was, then they delayed getting us our goods for 3 weeks had all sorts of excuses WHEN we were able to talk to someone which is a huge strike.... no one answers their phone nor returns the countless messages. Our stuff finally arrived - damaged! Our motorcycle was damaged and they refused to pay. We paid extra for a special truck which ththey did not use to deliver it in. Then the movers refused to take the motorcycle off the truck because they said I think was unsafe to go down a skinny ramp. When they finally did get it off we all saw that it was not wrapped safely as it had been when it left PA and we all saw the damage. We filed immediately for damages and the game began again with lack if communication between the moving company and their estimator. They offered us $63 for damages and when we said no the damages were over $2000 they came back with a bonus of $30. They are unprofessional and have demonstrated a lack of business ethics and customer service. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES I've reported them to BBB in Maryland and am filing a suit with the Attorney Generals office of Maryland.

Description of Work: We signed a contract to have our items picked up in PA on 8/13/14 and delivered to our new place in Florida on 8/19-20/2014. We began calling 8/22 asking when we would have delivery. We were given dates of delivery that came and went twice without calls from this company to tell us of the delay. Many times we tried to call looking for our property but only to get recordings and no person to talk to. When we finally got a hold of someone they at first said our stuff was in Florida waiting for delivery but in another conversation with another customer service rep we were told it was still in Maryland. When we threatened with reporting to BBB and State Attorney Office, they finally sent our stuff. Many of our items were damaged and some are missing. Needless to say, no one is answering their phones when we try and call to report the damaged goods. Beware - poor to no communication, very deceptive business.

+ -1 moreNational Relocation Solutions moved my son from Maryland to Florida. They were quick with they delivery and everything arrived safely. The moving team that packed his stuff did a great job. They were polite, professional and did everything that my son needed them to do with no questions asked. The delivery crew was just as nice. They went above and beyond to get the things to him before his work day had to start. My son was very pleased and asked me to write this review for him. I am sure that we will recommend them to anyone that needs them.
