 + -1 moreThey tricked my roommates to install a $400 compressor starter kit which is completely unnecessary. The problem was just a simple overflow switch turned on symposium due to the clocked drain. When we asked them to come and take another issue the guy was very rude and totally unprofessional. I'm just gonna throw their warranty away and NEVER call them. If I wasn't on vacation I would never go with them in the first place based on their reputation.
Description of Work: The thermostats doesn't display anything.

Description of Work: We have a service contract to have work done every 6 months. I bought the A/C unit 6 years ago from them. There were some struggles with getting the service technicians scheduled. They came out the other day and they seem to be doing better as a result of reopening their local branch.
