+ -1 moreWe paid $150.00 on Nov.13 to have your technician direct some sprinkler heads to water our driveway, run 24/7 and program our system to never move past the 1st section. After reporting, we were told you would come back out last week to re-address the issues. It is now Nov 27th and still no resolution or call from you. I hope your customer service isn't this bad for everyone, because I sure won't refer you and I'll make sure all outlets know how you "don't work".
Description of Work: Redirect sprinkler heads, fix broken heads and program system.

+ -1 moreThey spent 30-45 minutes to get my system going as a wire had come loose in the control box and to switch several sprinkler heads and test/adjust some. After they left I realized 4 sprinkler heads were still not working and later I observed a significant leak. I have requested them to come back by phone and text repeatedly over a period of 2-3 weeks and every time they agreed but never called back to set up a time. I was willing to pay to do the work necessary to have the system work, but not be charged $145 and have it still not work. Not impressed.
Description of Work: I asked for a sprinkler service/repair.

Description of Work: THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND RESOLVED THE PROBLEMS WITH MY SPRINKLER SYSTEM. MY ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THE FACT THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE THERE IN THE AFTERNOON, BUT THEY DIDN'T MAKE IT UNTIL THE NEXT DAY. I CALLED THEM WHEN THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP WHEN SCHEDULED AND LEFT A MESSAGE ON THEIR VOICEMAIL.THE OWNER CALLED ME BACK THAT EVENING AND RESCHEDULED FOR THE NEXT AFTERNOON. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME THE SECOND DAY. THE OWNER AND HIS SON-IN-LAW WERE AT MY HOUSE ABOUT AN HOUR AND A HALF. THEY DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM WITH MY WATER PRESSURE. TYHEY RESOLVED THAT PROBLEM AND REPLACED 2 SPRINKLER HEADS. THEY CHARGED ME $125, WHICH SEEMED FAIR FOR THE TIME AND REPAIRS NEEDED.

+ 0 moreThey come out once a week. They either mow on Tuesdays or Wednesdays. They also service the irrigation system. We would give them an A, we have had them for a long time. They haven't raised their price the whole time we have had them. We have had them for 7 or 8 years.
Description of Work: For lawn care, we have Irrigation Tech that does all of our mowing and trimming and all that. The last time they came out, they trimmed the hedges and mowed.

Description of Work: Robert Christian repaired our sprinklers and also installed sprinklers as well. He also installed a drainage pipe from my gutter to the end of the road.

+ 0 moreFor lawn work I use Irrigation Tech. They charge me $55 a month. They're all A's. They will also do my irrigation system. I haven't had do any work on that in some time. In the past whenever I have ever had any issues, call them and they have been out real prompt and came right out.
Description of Work: They do my lawn work and other yard stuff. They do all the mowing, trimming and edging. They do all of the landscaping.

+ 0 moreThey charge us $50 a month which isn't bad that's why we use them and they do a good job. We have been using them now for 4-5 years. They started with irrigation and they expanded into lawn service.
Description of Work: Irrigation Tech mowed my yard. They also redid my irrigation system. They do lawn and then also irrigation.

+ -1 moreWe would recommend this guy to everyone and have already given our son his information. After the sprinkler install he came out several times to make sure we were happy and all of our questions answered. This was our first sprinkler installation and my husband had many questions and Robert never got impatient with us. Like I said we would call him for the littlest problems or questions and he was very good at helping us out and we would recommend to family and friends.
Description of Work: Installed a sprinkler system; sub-contracted sod from a different company.
