Description of Work: in response to negative review The review with the money missing was a move out clean and we have cleaned for her daughter for years and the same ladies have always cleaned and the daughter had us clean her mothers home and they both where in the process of moving ! The mother did call weeks after we cleaned and said no one has called her about the missing money !! I told her we did not know anything about any missing money and she said I'm not sure when it went missing ! I told her I would call her daughter and I did. !!! Her daughter told me not to worry about the money issue that it was nothing to do with our company and she would resolve it with her mother that the money was missing before we even cleaned !!!

+ -1 moreCleaning was done fairly well for a while but then there was an issue that made us not be able to have them back. And the owner took no responsibility.

+ -1 moreMy daughter and I used Tybee's services many times and always like their work until I had a large sum of cash go missing. I won't accuse the workers of taking the money but no one else had access to take it. No one else had been in my house. I noticed that last time they came, one of the workers looked at me funny when they came in (I hadn't noticed it was missing since they had come last which was just a few days prior). There is nothing worse than having something stolen. I hope they didn't take it but I would beware if you use this service and keep an eye on the workers at all times.
