Description of Work: I bought a new lawn mower from the Tool Shack. When I got it home it didn't start properly. I brought it back and the staff could not have been more helpful. They offered to lend me a mower until they figured out what was wrong. They replaced the carburetor and called me to tell me it was fixed. All of this at no charge. They stood behind their product and it is the reason I do business with them and not a Big Box store.
