DBAs: STB Building Materials, STB Stucco Inc. Kent G. Nichols created STB Stucco Inc. in 1996 after relocating to the Pensacola area. STB became a regional leader in the installation of new stucco exteriors on custom homes and commercial buildings. The organization evolved into a general construction organization specializing in restoration, repair and maintenance and the division STB Restoration, Repair & Maintenance was established.

Kent Nichols of STB Stucco did an excellent job on the repair and painting of my stucco house. I would not hesitate to call him again for future projects.

I thought it went well, but several thousand dollars later, I found out that it did not. I hired STB Stucco to do a thorough stucco inspection prior to purchasing my home in 2012. They noted a couple of problem areas that need to be addressed. What they missed was moisture behind the EFIS stucco system. This is something a quality inspection should have revealed. BEWARE!!
