Solid communication start to finish. They gave two plans on how to route the water line with pricing. Only slip up in the process was they said a water heater tune up was included but it didn’t happen so I had to hound them to get someone back out to do it.

Was having AC issues. Nate came in a timely manner and was great. 2nd time I used Paradise and they are always on time, quick, and fair pricing. Nate is a true gentleman. Thanks Paradise. Will never use another company.

My first time using this company but I am very impressed. I was almost immediately contacted when I put in my inquiry to Angi and an appt was made just a short time out. The pro was friendly, on-time, knew what he was doing and did a terrific job. Did such a good job I got him to look at a few other projects around the house that I was planning. Highly recommend.

I needed service immediately. They said someone could be at my home in two-four hours. While the repairman was some twenty minutes late arriving, he did call to let me know he would be a little late and to make sure I was okay with it. He completed the work rather quickly while explaining what he was doing. System working fine now. I'm very satisfied.

I did not let them do the job. They came in and gave me an estimate. I agreed to pay them half the cost. When the man come out to do the work he increased it 300%.

Thought I'd need a new water heater. Jeremy disconnected equipment attached by Gulf Power to monitor usage, $59, and I NOW HAVE HOT WATER. I will be using Paradise for plumbing and HVAC from now on. Thank you very much!

It's easy to click the stars for all 5's for this company. They are top notch. They are on time. They are extremely professional. They are rightly priced. They are exceptionally great overall. Had 5 toilets installed (we bought them from Lowes, but we hired paradise to install them) in less than 3 hours...hauled the old ones away. Cleaned up all mess. Could not ask for more. Highly recommend!

Thomas was quite knowledgeable, very straight forward, and thorough. Quickly took care of my clog/blockage drains and provided intelligent guidance on existing tankless system. Service schedule of Paradise was quite prompt even on a holiday.
