Allan seemed eager and enthusiastic at first. His price was very competitive and he gave me a 7 day timeline to complete the job. It took him 4 months to complete it, not to mention an exceeding amount of calls and texts not to mention missed deadline. Allan would repeatedly promise, swear, and give me his word that he would show up on a set date and time after not being on the job for a variety of personal and professional reasons and then still not make it here on time if at all. 4 months later we have paint splatters all over our top deck and wood stain stains all down our exterior stair risers. He misquoted his own job and tried to get me to pay more money for materials and he told me he underestimated the amount (even though we had a contract, so i refused to pay more). To this day the job is not complete and after not showing 4 times (dates/times that he set), I NEVER want to talk to this person again.
