It's a terrible thing to have a swarm of termites in your house but Firemen did the job well. So here's hoping this nightmare is over.

Excellent communication. Thorough inspection with complete treatment plan and price was written. Service representative was polite, prompt and professional. I also had other estimates presented, but none were as thorough and professional as Firemans. Included a dusting of my attic, as well as all plumbing. They did a great job. I am very pleased with them.

They're awesome. Very pleasant and very nice people.

Was able to get an appt. for an estimate the same day I called. Price was right, came in met my dog and began spraying the house inside/out. Sherman was extremely friendly, punctual and services were performed quickly. He explained what he was doing and assured me everything was pet friendly. Would definitely recommend this company!

They've been very good. They are locally owned, when you call them who you are they will remember and they've been extremely responsive when we have particular problem that needed quick attention.

I would recommend them because they always take care of things. They'll come back for free if I need them too. Their prices are reasonable. I've used them for 12 years.

They are fine. If you have a little problem with bugs they are out right away. They are prompt, reasonable, and courteous.

When we purchased our home in Pensacola, we continued the previous owner's contract with Terminex. After a brief encounter with Terminex, we ended that contract. Termite control is too important to leave to people who can't be bothered to keep appointments and practically yawn in your face when they do finally show up. Based on a recommendation from relatives, we called Fireman to do a general inside/outside pest treatment. Shortly afterward in the course of some renovations we found evidence of past termite damage. When we called Fireman they sent someone the next day at no charge to do an inspection to make sure that the termites were no longer active. We chose to have them do an initial termite treatment with an annual inspection just to be on the safe side (I have no confidence in Terminex's inspection report whatsoever.) They were on time, thorough and professional. They were careful enough to let me know that a mother duck had made a nest on one side of the house and told us to call them back (at no charge) to complete the work there when the ducklings were hatched and gone.
