Steve is great!!! I bought carpet and in the past year have tried getting it cleaned by the company I purchased it from. Which they were not able to clean and get rid of the urine spots! This carpet has stressed me out, until I found Steve! He told me all about the process and explained what he would do. I set up an appointment with him and he came out and took care of the problem! He will be my go to guy from now on!!!!

They did an unbelievable job cleaning two very old rugs . I have a very large oriental with dark blue in it that almost looks new, it s over 20 years old . The couple was extremely professional to work with . I highly recommend them. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

They promptly replied , made a rush appointment , they showed up on time, They are very professional, and extremely knowledgeable in carpet care and cleaning. They turned my extremely filthy carpets to almost new looking. They are a Husband and wife that work extremely well together . I would hire them again and again .

Very professional and thorough. Ask about products used prior to service. Chemicals used are unscented. If you want scent then don’t use this company. I wish the product was slightly scented. The sofa looks great but doesn’t smell as fresh as I had hoped.

I needed some mold cleaned off the back porch carpet and they came as scheduled and removed it all. However the carpet is clean and safe now so that's what counts.

I contacted 4 businesses to get an estimate and look at what I needed done with my carpeting, furniture and odor removal. Emerald Coast Home Services was the only business to come to my home and LOOK at what I needed done and the problem areas and odor I needed addressed and then provide me with an estimate. Both I and Emerald Coast Home Services knew what was specifically expected and the cost BEFORE starting the job. That was important to me. I don’t like surprises when it comes to $$ and the maintenance of my home. This was a big reason I went with Emerald Coast Home Services. I also went with Emerald Coast Home Services because of their understanding that life happens and showing no judgement at the extent to which my carpeting and furniture had not been maintained The other 3 businesses had not seen the job, I had no way of knowing how they would handle the condition my carpet and furniture were in. They even cleaned the cat towers! They showed up as scheduled and went straight to work. The job ended in the time frame Steve had predicted. They left asking me to contact them with any questions and/or problems I may have. I will definitely use them again. They did quality work and provided great customer service
