Buyer beware! We had high hopes from this contractor with his promise he did things right. We asked for a 3 1/2 inch thick patio and he gave us exactly that without telling us that professionally it was a terrible choice. He leveled the ground up and then put supports in and poured the cement over 6inches above ground to 3 1/2 inches. Then he piled dirt along the edges to cover up his short cut. The rain washed that away in less than two days. We asked for a smooth concrete patio and their are so many imperfections in it. It's wavy in some areas dips in others textured in some and lines everywhere. He also got cement all over our siding and only cleaned up the "big areas" with a wire brush so now I have siding that's speckled with cement all the way up to my windows and wire scraped bottom siding.. Many arguments with this unprofessional contractor. Just about everything I asked him about he blamed me and my husband for. We are having to spend extra money to put up a retaining wall to protect our investment... The ground underneath wasn't leveled completely and no base so I hope the patio survives. To top it all he asked my husband after we were done painting the concrete and landscaping to fix his mistakes if he could come over and take a picture for his business! He said he gave us extra concrete but after measuring the dimensions we asked for were shortened about a foot on each side so I'm pretty sure I know where the extra concrete came from. We were going to use him for further house projects but have since changed our mind. To many short cuts and not professional enough to to educate the buyer on necessities when building and planning. Stay away!

It has leaked since day one..........over a year ago. When it rains hard, multiple places start leaking hard. This has been going on for a year and a half. In my opinion lotta promises, no results.
