Chris is great at so many skills. He fixed 5 different things in 5 different areas of the home. Plumbing, woodwork, maintenance, door repair, gutters. I highly recommend him. He was prompt and courteous and was even sweet to my cats being careful not to let them out.

He can do anything. I use him and all my neighbors do too. There is not anything he cannot do! From toilets to Christmas lights. He is quite conscientious when he does a job. He takes his time and does it thorough. My neighbors use him all the time as well.

I hired Chris to replace a boot on a roof vent pipe. Water had found it's way into the attic due to the storm over the past weekend. When I went into the attic, I saw where the water was coming in from around the vent pipe. I have four vent pipes on top of my roof, so when Chris got on top of the roof to replace the one that I called about, he showed me that the other three boots needed replacing also. He gave me a very reasonable price for the other three and then went back to the hardware store and picked up the parts. He returned promptly and replaced all boots. I like doing business with someone who not only meets your expectations, but exceeds them. Chris did that for me. I would not hesitate to use him again for any of my projects.

First day to do the tiling job, he forgot was doing it that day and thought was just coming to look at the closets. I figured was an honest mistake and he apologized so I rescheduled for him to come back. He showed up 40 minutes late, no call or notification that is going to be late. I had to call him asking if he'd show up. Then he didn't use tile spacers and all 30 or so 18" tiles were misaligned and crooked. He told my husband was our fault because we didn't provide spacers yet he provided all the tools and mortar. I was furious, as he wasted so many of our discontinued tiles. We then told him he'd need to come back and correct the issue (tear out and redo completely) the following day. He agreed and never showed up the next day. He even left his bucked, mortar, and mixer. I called him, left a voicemail, and texted him with no response or returned call. I even left his tools on my driveway and told him I would yet two days later, he still did not pick them up. I hope he is alright and this was just a bad business arrangement but if the case, I would highly discourage using his services. Just unprofessional, late, and very sloppy.

Chris did a fantastic job replacing the main water line to my home, as he is incredibly skilled, especially for such a time-sensitive emergency repair. Overall I would say he was responsive, punctual, and affordable, with a very pleasant demeanor.
