It was a great experience. The sales person, Amy, was on time, courteous, and had some great ideas. I thought I knew what I wanted but she had some suggestions that improved on my plans. When I pointed out the lack of a kitchen pantry in my house, she found an area in my kitchen where they could install a slender pantry that would hold my food products. She said they would match my existing cabinets as best they could. The installation guys were great. They were on time and got down to work. Everything was done quickly and professionally. They even came back the next day to adjust a pole that was too low. I am very pleased with the results. The master closet has more room in it than before. The pantry matches my cabinets exactly, color and wood grain. They even had knobs for the pantry that matched the existing ones on my cabinets. You would never know the pantry was an add-on. I would highly recommend Alpha Closets.

They say on their website that no job is too small or too big. I have a dishwasher that needs a new panel to match my kitchen. All I needed them to do was make the panel. They told me that it was too small of a job. They said it wasn't worth their time unless I had other work for them to do. This was after about 10 days of trying to get a hold of them.

Very personable, on time and did an excellent job

The work was performed in a timely manner, although not a quickly as I wanted. My master closet is beautiful but not quite as functional as I had hoped. The closet size is partly to blame. It is just not as functional as the closet in my old house. The other closets came out well. The Murphy Bed is perfect for our needs. I will use them again. I'd like to get some custom desk work done in the office with the Murphy Bed. Also need hampers for the master closet.

Still in the design phase, but very pleased with Amanda, the designer. She is punctual, friendly, and precise in her measurements. Alpha closets also installed our Murphy bed several months earlier- excellent job.

They haven't installed anything yet but so far the interior designer came out and I am very pleased. We pretty much had a budget when the interior designer came out. She worked with my husband and I. We told her how much hanging space we need and so forth. She came back with several options and one going with a real would as opposed to the melamine. There was a variety as far as cost goes that we chose from. She didn't come out and present just one thing and it be this astronomical price.

The overall experience of working with Alpha Closets was truly a pleasure in every way. Their sales/account representative, Kathy Ryan, was the most customer-oriented person we have ever dealt with. We bought our home in June 2012, and all of the closets were fitted with wire racks and needed to be updated. Kathy came to our home, listened to what we had in mind, and talked with us about different options for the two closets. Within a few hours, she had worked up and emailed several design options for us to choose from. The pricing was very reasonable, and the installation date Kathy gave us was met to a tee. The installers were polite, professional and cleaned up after themselves perfectly. Kathy came to our home during the installation to make sure everything was just as we wanted. The experience was so pleasant that we asked Kathy to work up a design for a kitchen pantry system. This job was done in the same professional manner, so we had them design, custom build and install a home office. This project was more detailed and sophisticated than the previous jobs, but still went off without a hitch from start to finish and we are 100% satisfied with the outcome. Finally, Alpha Closets' carpenter, Jim, was able to custom make two cabinet doors to cover an eyesore in our kitchen that we thought was going to be hopeless but is now beautifully covered and perfectly matched with the rest of the cabinets. We have dealt with many home improvement and repair companies since buying our house, and can truly say that Alpha Closets surpassed them all with their professionalism and expertise. They truly exceeded our expectations in every way.
