Description of Work: Amazing customer service. Stayed in touch with me about arrival time & came to my house the same day I called. Super quick with repair & did not try to up sell me on anything I didn’t need at the moment like most other companies. We will definitely be using his company for all of our AC needs in the future. Super affordable as well. I was very impressed he didn’t charge an arm & leg for a Saturday repair. Can’t recommend enough!!!!

Description of Work: HVAC Inspection: 25 pt inspection on A/C and Heat unit inside and outside. The representative was very thorough and professional. Recently purchased an older home and was unsure of unit's potential and age. The rep was able to determine age and found nothing wrong operationally. It gave me peace of mind and the A/C has been running just great. Because of his sincerity, I will call this company when I do have HVAC problems.

Description of Work: Mr. Rogers came in and opened up the air handler, blew out the drain tube, and noted the condition of the air exchanger. He then went outside to open the compressor unit. Attached his gauges to the appropriate test points on the compressor and determined I was low about two pounds of Freon. He recharged the compressor and then got his Freon sniffer to see if he could determine where my unit is leaking. Since the leak is very slow, he could not find its' origination. He buttoned up everything and finished the job. I probably will not use him again due to the distance he must travel to get to my home. Mr. Rogers prices were fair.

Description of Work: HVAC unit check. Found corrosion on one of the wires and indicated a fix may be needed at some point. Inspected inside and outside unit. Recommended to check freon when weather warmed up as checking while cold outside could give a false reading. Did a good job and would call him for any future repair needs.

Description of Work: Air Conditioning One replaced my original 1999 Rheem system with a Bryant unit. They showed up on time, and did a very nice job on the installation. They were polite, professional, and made sure that we were happy with their work. Will definitely call them for HVAC jobs in the future.

We called Roger Thursday morning and he agreed to see us after he had finished another job the same day. He was very professional when he arrived and ran a series of diagnostics on our HVAC and rapidly discovered the problem. Fortunately, our issue was a quick fix which he able to make it on the spot. I have no doubt if we required more substantive repairs, Roger would have delivered outstanding service at a reasonable price. Follow the recommendation in the first sentence--Air Conditioning One is a must call!

Description of Work: Mr Rodger was called and came out the next afternoon upon appointment time and diagonsed and fixed the float switch in our unit. He was kind, efficient. We felt in good hands with our repair. We would definately recommend him for all of your Heat and Air needs.

+ -1 moreOur AC stopped working on Saturday evening. I called everywhere and couldn't find anyone to come fix it over the labor day weekend. I found Roger in the yellow pages and called him Sunday morning. He said he'd be there around 3:00. He was a few minutes late but he called to let us know he would be. When he got here he found the problem in no time and had everything fixed and running right in short order. To make it even better, he didn't charge a premium rate for coming on a weekend and a holiday weekend to boot. The man is fantastic!!
Description of Work: He found that a capacitor was the problem and that the unit was low on freon.

Air Conditioning One, inc. proved to be a true value with quality work, warrantied equipment and an overall pleasant and enjoyable experience. As a retired military member I was impressed with their appreciation of the military and pride in their service and skills.
