This is the second time I have used this company and I have been pleased both times. They are very responsive and take the time to do whatever it takes to fix the problem. They did the job in the time they said, did it well and cleaned up after themselves. I have recommended them to several other people.

Very informal and easy negotiation. Took a couple of days to come out for an estimate. Did not require a deposit, even when offered. Squeezed us in while doing another job in the area. Performed the work and left the work site clean. Invoice arrived in the mail a week later. Very pleasant and easy going interaction.

I got the business' name from Angie's List. They got me in the week after I called. This was the week after a tropical storm passed through central Florida and all the roofers were really backed up with work, so I appreciated that they squeezed me in. I think the price sounded fair. I did not get a receipt, which I requested because I like to keep track of what I do to the house and helps me to communicate if there is a further problem. The man who completed the work said he would have a receipt mailed to me. He was very nice and worked pretty quickly. After he left I checked and saw that he forgot to replace the shingles on the back of the house. I called the company and they offered to come back but the roofer who originally came out had the office manager tell me that he couldn't match the shingles and that they weren't the source of any leaks, but they would come back if I wanted him to. I decided to let it go for now. Overall, the experience was good. I should have come outside re: the shingle thing, but being home alone with a new baby and because it was starting to rain, I just took his word for it. The price was fair though.

Upon making contact the telephone correspondent advised me that I could expect to hear from someone the following afternoon as the owner was on a job. Sure enough I heard from Mr. Purvis as promised and he stopped over to examine the roof. He could not find any immediate evidence of the leak source and indicated he would be back the following day to check further. True to his word he arrived with a helper who stayed in the attic, and with Mr. Purvis using a hose, they were able to find the apparent source of the leak. He made the necessary repairs. From the way I was serviced, Mr. Purvis struck me as a reasonable and reliable roofing contractor, and apparently knows how to find a tricky roof leak. His fee was quite reasonable and based on my initial contact with him. I would recommend him highly. By the way, he is a Better Business Bureau member which seems to be a rarity among roofers in this area.
