 + -1 moreThey responded promptly to my inquiry explaining exactly what to do to correct the problem. The person responding was exceptionally polite and courteous. I wasn't considering using their services but with the treatment I received when I WASN'T a customer, I will certainly consider becoming one. Now if only they could fix my garage door....or train those people to be as courteous as they are.
Description of Work: I had a problem with the battery on our alarm system but didn't want to connect it...too many false alarm problems with systems past.

 + -1 moreThe service man was excellent. Very informative and helpful in setting up the system. The difficulty came up because they completely missed our telephone numbers causing the police to arrive. It took three calls to finally get the telephone numbers and address correct in their system.
Description of Work: They set up the system for us and added a wireless connection to the system.

 + -1 moreWE HAVE HAD A VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. I FEEL I HAVE GOT WHAT WE PAID FOR. THE ALARM GOES OFF, AND THEY CONTACT US WITHIN A COUPLE MINUTES. THEY ARE VERY GOOD WITH THAT. THERE HAS NEVER BEEN AN INSTANCE THAT I KNOW ABOUT WHERE THE ALARM WENT OFF.
Description of Work: WE HAVE MONITORING THROUGH THEM. WHEN OUR ALARM GOES OFF, THEY CONTACT US TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS OKAY.

 + -1 moreWE HAVE NO ISSUES WHATSOEVER. THE PRICE IS SATISFACTORY. THE QUALITY OF WORK IS FINE. THE SYSTEM WORKS. THEY DID A NICE JOB INSTALLING IT, AND IT WORKS. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY ANSWER THEIR PHONE IN A COUPLE OF RINGS. IF THERE'S AN ISSUE, THEY DEAL WITH IT.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED AN ALARM SYSTEM. WE CAN SET IT. IF SOMETHING HAPPENS IT WORKS. THERE IS A MONTHLY MONITORING FEE.
