 + -1 moreThe people are real nice and friendly. They have great customer service, on site and in the office. They always do a great job, and lock the gate when they leave.
Description of Work: They come by and spray for the roaches, and then come out quarterly and remove the webs and bugs off of our house. They also check for termites.

 + -1 moreI used Massey for monthly outside pest control for a number of years, but quit recently because the technician did not call ahead and showed up at an inconvenient time. He was new and had not been told to call ahead - inexcusable after so many years using them. Technicians have been good and reponsive, but I have had nothing but hassles with their administration. Billing issues (billed twice) and communications problems.
Description of Work: Outside pest control and termite monitoring.

 + -1 moreI AM GREATLY SATISFIED WITH MASSEY SERVICES INC. THEY GAVE US A DATE THAT THEY WOULD BE HERE FOR THE JOB AND THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AS PROMISED. WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY PEST CONTROL PROBLEMS SINCE OUR PROPERTY WAS TREATED.
Description of Work: I HAD THIS COMPANY TREAT THE LAND OUR HOUSE WAS BEING BUILT ON FOR TERMITES BEFORE THE CONCRETE WAS LAID.
