THIS DUDE JERRY ROCKS! HE INSTALLED A WELL PUMP 8 MONTHS AGO STELLAR. IT SEEMED TO FAIL TODAY, WE HAD NO WATER. I CALLED HIM ON A FRIDAY NIGHT. HE ANSWERED, GAVE ME SOME ADVICE HOW TO CLEAN THE PRESSURE SWITCH CONTACTS AND WITHIN 10 MINUTES I HAD THE PUMP RUNNING. I WAS LOOKING AT NO WATER FOR THE WEEKEND BEING A FRIDAY NIGHT. THANKS FOR SAVING MY WEEKEND BUDDY!

Work was completed properly, on time, and as quoted. The overall experience however left quite a bit to be desired.
