The job turned out to be quite more extensive than first believed in the initial estimate. I don't think this is unusual for underground plumbing and electrical work. Because of weather and additional work needed the job took around 2.5 weeks to complete but everything is now running smoothly and Jerry really worked with our HOA's budget to keep the price affordable. Jerry is a very personable guy and it is obvious he puts in every effort to do the job properly the first time. We liked the service so much we hired them as our Total Outdoor Service for all HOA grounds maintenance.

THE REASON I GAVE HIM A HALF OF STAR IS BECAUSE I COULD NOT GIVE HIM LESS. I CALLED FOR AN ESTIMATE AND WE MADE AN APPOINTMENT. THE APPT WAS FOR 2:30. AT 3:30 I CALLED HIM. HE SAID HE DID NOT HAVE ME MARKED DOWN ANYWHERE FOR AN APPT. THEN HE SAIS HE WILL COME A 5:30. IT IS NOW 6:41 AS I AM WRITING THIS AND STII DSID NOT SHOW UP OR CALL. IF HE CAME RIGHT NOW I WOULD JUST TURN HIM AWAY. BESIDES BEING UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL, I HAD TO CANCEL PLANS WAITING FOR HIM.
