Initial first contact seemed very good. But as job failed his knowledge w seemed exaggerated. Full of excuses for getting the job done. I questioned his qualifications and him getting a permit - which I was told he needs. Long-term very poor customer service. Failures to return calls and come back when promised.

Called within minutes of inquiring for the service. Was available immediately and showed up at the time of scheduled appointment. Jerry was friendly, informative and professional. I would highly recommend Jerry to anyone and will definitely use his service again when needed.

I made an appointment with the gentleman he never made his appointment he call me to reschedule and he was very rude about it, seemed to me that he had enough business and didn't need any further business not only will I never use his service but I will never use your service again with homeadvisor if you have such bad quality referrals I don't need neither one of you I will also let my friends know not to use your advisor system or the company that you have referred me to.
