I had previously used Jerry on several jobs. My well water had a bad odor so he recommended we replaced it with an iron breaker. When I asked him how this system could replace my chlorination and carbon filter system, he said **I promise you that this is a very good system** and that he has installed many of them. He installed the system in December 2019 and my water smelled worse. He said it would take a month. Then, he said it was the pipes then he said we had bad water. I called and texted him over 20 times always some kind of excuse. He stopped returning my calls and texts in November. I had someone else look at the system and they told me he did not install it properly. Now I am being told I might need to buy a chlorination system for $3000, which is basically the system he took out. He still will not answer my calls, only answers texts (sometimes). The system he sold me for $2500 cost him $875 at Gorman. The worst part is that he did not stand behind his work. When I told him I intended to pursue this legally with an attorney he told me he was going to counter sue me for all my lies. I do have all his comments via text. I would not use him again.
