Jerry called within 15 min of submitting my request, and that was after business hours! Was told by our regular sprinkler company that it wasn’t the sprinkler system but that my well was bad so that is why I contacted Total Outdoor Service. When the technician came out, he found that was not the case and it was indeed the pressure pump and electrical controller for the sprinkler. They were able to get everything fixed and saved my lawn. Now they are my new sprinkler company!

This subcontractor was not very friendly or obliging about helping my wife with her questions. She wanted to know how to set it so it would work for 30 minutes every 3rd day but he did not help her with this or anything else she asked. I was very disappointed that a subcontractor, who could have risen to be a star, faltered at his opportunity. He put a new sprinkler head on for $80.00

He was a bit pricey but I guess you pay for quality work.

The vendor showed up almost two hours late to complete the estimate. By the time he arrived, I was already at work. He called later and apologized and promised to give me a good price for showing up so late. He came back a few days later and was late again, but he called to inform me he was late. The price he quoted was twice as much as the other two vendors that I spoke with. However, I scheduled an appointment with him for Monday 4-9-18 at 8:00 am because I needed the job completed quickly. Again, he failed to show up or call. I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism displayed.

The gentleman that came out to do the work, Jerry's son, was pleasant, knowledgeable and very efficient. He worked hard and quickly, not messing around, and completed the work I was aware needed to be done plus fixed several other things while here. He then reset the controller. This company I will definitely recommend to anyone. The are friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and reasonably priced.

i had an appointment with jerry & i called when he did not show up.we made another appointment & he did not show up or call,i would not recommend or hire him.
