This man can't paint nothimg. This is a waste of money. He didn't use dock tape , all floors habe paints imcluded door nobs . Paimt cost a little over $100 . He charged $1500 , and insisted to send his money. I wish a Zero rate. Everythkng done wrong

Stephen painted two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living areas, one kitchen, and one hallway in two days, by himself. My husband and I are very pleased with the outcome and happy we chose him. He is friendly and efficient! I definitely recommend.

We hired Stephen Cummings to paint the interior walls of a house my parents had purchased (the house was completly empty), the painting needed to be done before my Dad arrived due to bad COPD. Stephen showed up on time as expected but come the final day we noticed what a poor job was done. He only puts one coat of paint on the walls (All other painters I have spoken to said that is crazy), so we pointed out several locations where the previous color was showing through. He would touch up those spots but had no initiative to continue to look for his own mistakes. After a while my husband gave up and said I don't have time to sit here and tell you where your mistakes are, I don't have a choice but to go and purchase paint for a 2nd coat. Stephen had no issues with this and took the money (he gave us a whole $400 off and we had to redo his work) and left. Not only was the paint job done poorly we had to clean paint up all over the place. He didn't use a tarp on the wood floors so we had spatter everywhere, paint in the tub, and we had to point out to him where the paint had dripped down the base boards. The fact that we paid him and then had to do his job (and he knew it) says a ton about who is as a professional! My husband gave up because of the attitude he received when showing Mr. Cummings where his work was not up to par. Save your money and find another company or do it yourself! We will be spending the entire night awake and painting as my father can not be around the paint fumes. You have a lot to learn about business, Mr. Cummings!

Cummings did a great job. He was fast neat and very professional. He showed up on time.

Mr. Cummings was very punctual and reliable. He is also highly skilled, organized and detail oriented. The pressure washing, exterior painting, garage painting and sidewalk cleaning were accomplished efficiently. The finished work looks wonderful. Stephen was able to correct and fix issues such as repairing the roof drainage system and screen door repair. All of the windows were sealed, covered and protected.

Arrived exactly when he said he would. Kept the job neat throughout. Listened to us and gave us the job we asked for. Showed up each day and put in a day's work, finishing in a very reasonable time period. Had the apppropriate insurance which he got to us in advance of the job start.

After reading all the great reviews from several sights, I went with Mr. Cummings. We set a date, picked a paint color and we were ready. He showed up early on a Wednesday morning, it’s a rental home that my wife’s parents live at,which we are selling. I showed up the first day around 1:15pm, which is the time Mr. Cummings is done for the day. He was moving along quickly and I admit I didn’t go over his work at the time. The following day my wife and I went by the house, and at this time we started noticing all of the issues. I would describe his work as fast and sloppy, which I could of done myself. He doesn’t tape anything so there was paint all over 80% of the handles and hardware on the doors. We also have tile as our baseboard which had paint drippings on the grout throughout the house. There were spots around the trim where he used a paint brush that there were huge noticeable differences in color. Holes in walls that he painted over instead of filling in first, the holes he did fill he didn’t sand down or texture the wall correctly so it stood out terribly. My wife went back the next morning with a list of issues to fix and she said he wasn’t happy about it. This was now Friday morning when she did this. I then showed up after he was done that day and now needed to make my own 2 page list and called him up and let him know about it. I was actually a little embarrassed that I needed to walk him around. There were several doors and frames that he never painted, most others needed an extra coat or 2. The walls in many spots were 2 toned because he didnt use enough paint or go over it with more than 1 coat. There was areas on my new kitchen counter where there wall was had an obvious line of silicone and cracks. I attached a picture. It looked awful. When I asked him to fix it , he said he would try but it would only probably look worse. After he told me that I asked him not to do anything since I couldn’t imagine it looking worse. He also got paint on the ceiling in quite a few spots, though this wasn’t the kicker since my own past paint job I did had left marks all throughout the house on the ceiling, though I’m not a professional. After speaking with a co-worker about the disappointing expierience and how I’ve decided to now paint my ceiling and exterior of the home, he suggested someone who he had done work for him. If I could put his name on here I would because he went around and not only did his job amazingly, but he fixed all of Mr. Cummings work, including the wall in my kitchen where he told me he could only make it worse. This other guy made it look brand new! There was also a large indentation in my wall that was made by my dog many years ago. While Mr. Cummings left it there, this other guy made it disappear. Do not hire this guy!!! You would be better off doing it yourself!

Absolutely perfect. Stephen is very professional and prompt. The product selected and the workmanship was second to none! I look forward to hiring him again!
