After having both toilets gurgling for air I knew it was a sign that the Septic system was full. I called many companies in the Clermont and Groveland area but only Lyle Craig said he would come at 9:00 am the next morning. They showed up in time frame given. Very professional and knowledgeable. I was very pleased when they also helped me find my distribution box and actually dug out the dirt so I could take off the cover and use root killer. I had tried to find it for days, thank you! Our septic tank needed pumped, and Craig's Septic Tank Co. was positively rated already here on Angie's List. They were prompt to respond to our call, scheduled and performed the service quickly and professionally. They cleaned up the area when they were finished and even brought a tarp to keep dirt off our newly-laid sod.

It was New Year's Eve 2007, early in the morning, when we heard our son's familiar cry, "Papa! My toilet is backed up again!" "Not again," my husband muttered. "What is he eating? That's the fourth time this week!" I had a bad feeling about this; it seems we often have something major happen on New Year's Eve for some reason. We'd never had a septic tank before, but with it just being the three of us in the house we didn't think we should have problems with it this soon. The house was just four years old. How foolish of us! My husband started to plunge the toilet and, uh, "stuff" started running out of toilet, coming up into the bathtub, even backing up into our shower across the house!! If you're thinking "disgusting" that's an understatement! Luckily, a friend told us about Craig's Septic Tank Company so we were on the phone begging them for help. Surprisingly, they were at our house in about two hours' time. They had the tank pumped out, cleaned out, and explained the whole unsavory process of what caused it to back up within approximately 45 minutes. They were extremely nice and very professional; Mr. Craig said that the holidays are usually their busiest times of the year. I was so grateful that they were able to come and help us out of this disgusting quandry, I felt like jumping for joy! However, since my husband had to go into work, I still had the matter of the inside to clean up. Yuk!
