We came back from vacation only to find our A/C wasn't working. We got Tony's name from a friend and he arrived on a Sunday and replaced a wire on the outside and the motor inside the house. We've had no issues since. I highly recommend Central Air and Heat and would use them again without hesitation.

Communication was great, and Tony went above and beyond to accommodate my work hours. They were very thorough in the installation. Great job!

Want to highly recommend Tony Persaud and Central Air & Heat, Inc. Contacted him after reading reviews and recommendations from other clients. Since the first call, which his wife Anita answered our experience has been fantastic. Anita patiently listened to our situation (we had a whole new unit installed in 2014, the a/c was not working and the company who had installed it had done a deplorable job, was not fixing it and then went out of business leaving us on a limb). Tony came that same evening, determined what was happening, and talked to the warranty company at our request. Regretfully the outside unit had to be replaced. he gave us a reasonable estimate and started working. All through the process he was very understanding, professional and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond, even replacing and fixing things in the inside unit. And we have not been happier with our a/c. It has been working 100%. And it did not stop there. Anita kept in touch to see how the a/c was working and Tony did a follow up visit to check everything is working as it should. Wish we had known about them in 2014! But now that we do we are recommending their business to everybody who asks.

Tony arrived on time and went right to work. He discovered the problem, advised me of the repair, as well as the costs. When he was finished, the AC was working fine, but there was a red "code" light blinking that would not shut off. Tony promised me he would contact the manufacturer and return the next day, a Saturday, to reset the red light. He came out as scheduled, reset the system and now everything is back up and running like new. He was very professional, knowledgeable and did the little extra things that make you want to call him back the next time you have a problem. From a different perspective, I handled most of the "business" end of this arrangement with Anita in their office. From the beginning phone conversation, she was friendly and very helpful. I had an issue with my original credit card payment and it needed to be refunded. She promised me she would stay on top of it to make sure I got credit for the billing and she sure did. Several days later she called me to let me know she had not heard back from the credit card folks and wanted to make sure they had treated me fairly. I had forgotten about it. Thanks to Anita for the "prompt" to my memory. I checked things out today and all is right with my credit card. Thanks Tony and Anita for making me feel like a valued customer!

The process was a breeze. We were out of town when our air conditioner broke. Luckily our cousins lives a few houses down and was able to meet the technician. The company made sure I always knew what was going on, explained everything thoroughly and made sure I gave permission for all work. I would definitely recommend this company to all my friends and family.

Air conditioning quit working on Sunday, called Monday morning, they were here by 12:00. It was a simple fix, replaced a capacitor.

I purchased offer provided by Angie?s List. I was contacted by service provider Tony by email and scheduled service for morning of 5/14/2015. Tony arrived at appointed time. Tony was professional and performed 20 point evaluation and serviced my AC. Tony gave me the results of his evaluation and talked about future needs and options. Good experience and would call again.

They were fabulous. We had a comparison on price and their price was comparable to everybody else. They gave us a specific date. We really wanted it done before we left the house. They came out and worked very hard. They had everything done that same day. The county inspector came through, looked at everything, signed off on us immediately, said they did a great job. We were really pleased. They did it in a day but they didn't have the right thermostat with them. They put a temporary one in and came back after the inspection because they wanted to make sure everything was okay and since that went through, they came back immediately. What stood out is their promptness, working with us as far as scheduling. They were very neat with all of their work. They even had to go out and buy a sledgehammer because the pad that it was on before was concrete and they had to break it up and they had to have somebody come and take the concrete away. We'll use them to do the maintenance on the unit.

After getting a much higher estimate from another company I called Central and Tony came to the house, diagnosed the evap motor seized up. He went to Orlando to get the part and came back later on and installed it. Everything went well. And at a much lower price. Thank you

My AC went out Sat during labor day weekend I called several companies and never recieved a call back. I went on Angies List and called Central Air and Heat, the gentleman was at my house in 30 minutes. He diagnosed my problem quickly and told me he could get the part (motor) on Tuesday morning. He showed up Tuesday at the scheduled time and actually saved me money by just replacing the module instead of the entire motor. He walked me through flushing my AC lines and brought filters for me. He also went to my outside unit and check the capacitors and made sure everything looked good. He cleaned out both AC lines. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Anita, the Office Manager was also very friendly and professional. If I have another AC issue I will definitely call Central Air and Heat and will recommend him to all my friends and neighbors.

Called and came before the time scheduled, which I was about to call them before it rained. Very professional, answered all my questions and I asked him to show me how to set thermostat (which he did, as well as clamp a part on AC which was left hanging by the last person who came to installed it. He told me it was an accident waiting to happen--like fire. Attached it and did not charge me for it. Friendly and professional. I would call him if needed.

Great experience. Tony was able to come early (the office called ahead to confirm that was OK), quickly diagnosed and replaced the failed capacitor. He also checked and charged the freon levels and discussed all of my other concerns about the A/C. We discussed the age of my system (over 10 years) and if and when it would be a good idea to upgrade. I'm very happy with the experience and will again when it is time to upgrade, and on a more regular basis for annual maintenance checks.

One of my rental property was having issues with the coil. I called a few companies for estimates and was told by 2 contractors that I had to replace the unit. When Mr. Tony from Central Air & Heat Inc arrived he was able to replace the coil only for a fraction of the cost I was getting from other contractors. So far the unit is working fine with no issues. Mr. Tony arrived on time as scheduled and he is honest, straight to the point and very professional. He knew exactly what the problem was and he assured me I will have no issues based on his assessment of the unit. This is my one and only AC company I use now for all my properties. I would highly recommend this company!!!

The AC unit at one of my rental properties was not working. I called a few contractors and was told that I have to replace the unit. I shopped around and found Central Air & Heat Inc, when I called them they were able to come out to the property within 2 hours and Mr. Tony arrived on time as scheduled. It was the coil that needed to get replaced and it cost me only a fraction of the price I got from the other contractors. The AC unit has been working since with no issues as Mr. Tony guaranteed. He was able to give me an diagnosis that was honest, reasonable and valid. He provides quality, reliable and professional services at a reasonable and low cost. I have been using this company for a couple of years now and I highly recommend them.

Everything went excellent !!! This is a company that truly cares about their clients. When Tony came to the house when our old system quite he gave us options of what we could do( fix or a new system) and help us make a educated decision with it. He took his time to explain it. Since the install of the new system we have saved money on our electric bill and never had a problem. We are on a 6 month service plan with them so all of the maintenance is taking care of. If you are looking to get the job done right then this is the only company I would recommend .

The work was done on time, they cleaned up every area and disposed of all materials and continues to the follow up on the system. He told me that he would periodically check with me on the system and to ensure I am not experiencing any issues or problems. He is a man of his word. Can't get a better recommendation than that!
