They never reached out even after they gave me a quote, seems like everyone o this app falls short every time

Billy Lawn Care Professionals are not professionals. We paid for upgraded lawn service and it has not been done. We are not able to reach them as their mailbox is full and no communication is possible. Very frustrating and upsetting.

Made certain all debris were removed , worked efficiently in a timely manner.

The owner is very nice, promises a lot at the beginning. Will often not show up (claims out of town, truck is in the shop, mower is down, or they just do not show up). Also the mower they use needs the blade sharpened very uneven cut every time. Would not recommend this company.

Quality service and attentiveness to customer needs. Billy takes a wholistic approach to your property. Very refreshing!

I am very impressed. Billy came out to check out the house and give me a quote for the landscaping and mainantence. He was able to start at that time and without any direction from me, was able to get the bushed trimmed up and the stepping stones in the front of the house to a spot where they are usable again. I didn t have to micromanage what needed to get done. He was able to see the problem areas and attack those spots! I had a dead tree in front of the house and he was able to get that replaced the very next day. I cannot begin to explain how impressed I have been with Billy so far!
