Warranty Repair Experts

This is worst repair company ever!!! Electrolux (warranty company for Frigidaire) assigned them to come out and fix a new Frigidaire which has stopped working twice. I received an e-mail from them to call them to schedule service. This was done on the 13th of July. I tried calling for two weeks and repeatedly got the message that the voice mailbox was full. On the 25th, I called Lowe's and Electrolux and both companies called and received the same message. Finally I was given a time frame of between 9 and 12 on the 26th for a technician to come. I received a call at 1:30 that he would be there in 45 minutes. He finally arrived at 2:15 in his personal vehicle with no tools. He told me he would be back the following day with his tools to further diagnose the refrigerator. I again took off work the following day and he did not come nor did I receive a phone call saying he couldn't make it. When you talk to their office they try to twist around words and make it seem as though you are the problem.
