When seeking a contractor to do buisness at your home; its always nice to do your research with that contractor or buisness you intend to give your hard earned cash. I did my research for approximately a year prior to contacting Mr. Walcott and had no doubt in my mind that I made the right decision. I followed his company on Social Media; checked reviews called and asked his opinion on different Brand and Model systems. I knew then and it was confirmed that Mr.Walcott and his company were the perfect fit for my job(Mini Split install). The job was done to the highest standards and get this Mr. Walcott was there from the start to the very end making sure his highest standards were being adhered to in every little step and details of the entire process. The install was perfectly done neatly; no shortcuts wrere taken. He took time to demonstrate the operation of the newly installed system.

Richard found and ordered a replacement and I had it in a few days.

Richard provided a written estimate all inclusive in the price. I then did some research and decided that I would go with him. Richard, along with his assistant, arrived fairly early in the am- around 9:15am. They went right to work and except for an approx 2 hr lunch and errand running break worked all day- it was hot!! Upon completion, Richard went over the general instructions of the unit and the remote with me. I am satisfied with the quality of his work and I am very picky. Great Job!!

The whole process went very smoothly. From my standpoint, it wasn't an easy installation because I live in a home on a zero lot line, so installing a ductless air-conditioning unit on the wall in my garage meant running pipes though my attic to connect to the condenser on the outside. It also meant opening a small hole at the front of my home for water to run out. Mr. Walcott personally handled the installation with the aid of a helper and both were neat, friendly, and accommodating. I couldn't be happier. As I work in my garage, I'm thrilled that the unit is as quiet and efficient as promised. Plus, the cost to air-condition this space, is practically not noticeable on my monthly electric bills. To be able to work in my garage all summer long, in the Florida heat, is truly wonderful and I would highly recommend Walcott Enterprises, Inc. if you need a special air-conditioning job done well!

Richard and his team are true professionals. They arrived for estimates and work on time the days they scheduled. The entire team worked hard to get the job done timely. The final price was as agreed to with the estimate. I wish all contractors were as easy to work with as this team. Thanks Richard for your help with this project.
