Critter Call

I paid this company $745.00 to eradicate one rat in the house and remove a tool shed and its contents. After one month we trapped the rat ourselves, he made appointments to come to the house and check traps but never showed up. Did not respond to messages. He removed the shed structure but left the contents for over two weeks, once again did not respond to messages. I finally had to pay someone else to remove two truck loads of junk. Very poor business practice.

He initially wanted $800, but it ended up being $400 for 2 weeks. He ended up not coming out all but a few times, in total about an hour and a half. He even said that he hadn't been out there much during the time frame and said he could come out more if I paid him an additional $200. It did not increase the amount of time he was here to get rid of the iguanas. In my area he has to register with the city of Atlantis to perform services and he never did. I asked him to refund a portion of my money because he only showed up a few times over a 2 week period, but I can't even get a hold of him. He's a very unprofessional and an unethical businessman. He never followed through and finished the job.

Yamil did an excellent job.

It was phenomenal. He was willing to come out with less than 24 hours notice, went above and beyond and even had all the linens professionally cleaned. He was responsive and answered emails and phone calls.
