concrete repair
 + -1 moreNever responded to Angie List message, so called. He made an appointment to meet me at the project site, but did not show. I called him and he gave an estimate, base on description and photos I sent, and a date to do the project, but did not show. When I called him, he said he was too busy, did not remember that he said he would be there and proceeded to give me a lot of reasons why he could not do the job the day he said he would, but would call. He never called or wrote.
