 + -1 moreWiggins Construction met me at my job site to give an estimate. They were on time and very professional. However, they never submitted an estimate to me nor returned any of my calls from that day forward. If they did not want to do the job, they could have at least contacted me to let me know.
Description of Work: Nothing. I needed an estimate for siding repair. They never gave me one or contacted me in any way after our first meeting.

 + -1 moreThis was the first time I was purchasing a home. I decided to go with a new build the moment I walked into the home (which was unfinished for customization). I have to say that choosing to buy a new home was a great choice. Wiggins Construction was able to meet all of my custom features. Not only were they able to build a spectacular home, they cooperated with me in my financing process/struggles. With nearly an entire month of underwriting, they remained patient and supportive. After closing on the home the great people at Wiggins Construction remain in contact with me, ensuring I have all my concerns are addressed; whether it be a simple valve turned off to doing maintenance on cabinetry. Overall it has been a wonderful experience and I would recommend this builder for any project; large or small. THANK YOU!!

Description of Work: We purchased our Town Home from Wiggins Construction on 6/2012 They build a outstanding Town Home. The construction is first rate and the home is very energy efficient. Bryant and Joe care for the buyer before and after the sale. They will go out of there way to make sure the homeowner is completely satisfied.  + 1 moreI've dealt with a number of contractors over the years and I've never had a better experience than with Wiggin's Construction. They built an apx 2,000 sq foot apartment with a garage downstairs. I was amazed how well the project went. Every Monday Bryant (owner and GC) sent me a note showing the schedule for the week. When they felt they were going to miss a deadline, I always knew early. They ultimately beat the deadline and the quality was fantastic.
Description of Work: Built a detached garage with an higher-end upstairs garage apartment and kitchen.
