Description of Work: We pulled out a heavy refrigerator without putting anything under it and it actually dented the floor and Occasional Wood Floors, Inc. came out and resanded those areas. They retreated them and made them just looked quite new with no charge. That was probably just about two weeks after they installed it. There was also another one where I was having some work done in the living room, on the fireplace and the installers damaged the floors too, like right after he finished and he came out and fixed those for free, too. He's gotten me another quote just about three weeks ago for some more work at the area where I pulled the tub out.

Description of Work: Ten years ago we had the hardwood floors of our home refinished by a local company that did a poor job. With the finish completely gone in many areas, I reluctantly interviewed floor refinishing companies. There were a couple of good ones but settled on Occasional Wood Floors and can't be happier. Craig did an outstanding job. He was professional, prompt and accommodating (to our schedule/needs.
