Description of Work: Renovation of rental 2BR/BA condo. Interior painting, removed carpet and placed vinyl wood flooring, removed fluorescent lighting and placed recessed lighting in kitchen; installed new vanities, mirrors, exhaust fan, sink and shower fixtures, painted fireplace, installed new kitchen appliances and kitchen faucet. Overall cleaning after work to get it rental ready!
