+ -1 moreAET's customer service and technician were very responsive and responsible. After replacement, I could not have been more satisfied with their reaction and performance.
Description of Work: Drainback tank had a manufacturing flaw. Tank was replaced free of charge, and installed by AET's technician in the most professional, conscientious manner believable. Other than the original defect, AET has performed admirably to resolve the problem. Their technician obviously was committed to their mission and to make sure the customer was satisfied.
