A1 Stone World

The entire experience with A1 Stone World was a treat. My first Contact was Brittany. She is literally the most professional and informed person I have ever worked with as a customer. She pointed me in all the right directions to achieve the perfect look I was searching for. Vince came out to do my template for the granite. He was also extremely professional and reassuring that everything would be perfect. He was on time and very fast doing his work. For installation, Jaime came out with a helper. They did an excellent job, and again were very Speedy in accomplish their task. I met them at the start of the job to go over a few things, and then left my home to them. They locked up for me, and did not leave any mess at all. I would highly recommend this company!

We fell in love with Fantasy brown granite so Rachael sent us to her wholesalers to find Fantasy brown slabs. We found one we loved and they agreed to put a 3 days hold on it for us. They contacted A1 with our selection and we called A1 4 times, emailed and left messages in that 3 day time period to try and pay or do whatever we needed to do to secure the slab. Rachael never returned our calls or emails. We lost our slab and had to start over with another company. While working with the other Fabricator we learned A1 is SIGNIFICANTLY higher priced, their processing time is SIGNIFICANTLY slower, and they charged extra for things that were included with the new fabricator. Do yourself a favor and do NOT use A1. Evidently they are too busy for new business. Art of Granite will be happy to take care of you!

Beautiful! We were able to pick out our own remnant piece of granite that our countertop was then constructed from.

Loved the ability to pick out our own slab and have it saved for our installation, so there are no surprises when it is installed.

The product came out phenomenal. It looks really good in the house. They could have done a little bit better with following up with me rescheduling and what not.

Their customer service and store are fantastic. They are friendly and keep their promises. They are very quick. The workers were very professional and friendly. They cleaned up afterwards. Their work was great.

We did not receive a written estimate until 3 weeks after the estimator was at the house and when we did receive the estimate it was for 5 levels of granite although we were very clear that we wanted Cambrian Quartz and had a pattern picked out. We called and asked that the estimate be corrected and never heard back from them.

They said they would be out between 8-10 am, arrived around 8:30 and were finished up by 9:30. They also sealed the top of our center Island. I thought the price was a bit expensive, but my husband pointed out that they did the extra work and was it really to pricey if you won't damage your new refrigerator.

They did a fantastic job with my counterops, and I would recommend them. They were very prompt and also professional. Eddie, the owner, was very creative. He did the design, and his installers were also very nice and very courteous. The office staff was easy to work with, and everyone delivered exactly as promised.

Went great. I have only good things to say about A1 - Love the product, instal went smooth, people were very friendly and knowledgeable.

After the granite representative, Nivaldo Ribeiro, measured the countertops, I went to the warehouse several days later and selected several items to be priced. He said he would e-mail me a quote, and that was the last I heard from him to date.

Working with the staff A! Stone World has been the most pleasant experience of our remodel. The staff is extremely helpful and professional. Although they have a great selection of granite, we had seen some in a model kitchen that we loved and couldn't seem to find either the same color or the same quality. The owner referred us to another place (I thought we had looked everywhere) and we found exactly what we were looking for. A1 had the granite delivered to them, they measured our spaces, created the templates, created and installed the counters exactly as we had discussed. Woking with everyone at A1 (and the granite provider they referred us to) has been the most pleasant experience of this whole remodeling experience. We have a couple of rental properties and if we ever need to do any work in the kitchen, A1 would be our first stop. I can't say enough good things about working with these folks.
