I talked to him in the morning and he told me that he will be at my home by noon. Since i had couple more hours to wait, i went into shower. Apperantly the guy has showed up way before the noon and when i was in the shower. My wife told him that i needed 5 mins. I went out to meet him in 10mins but he was no wehere around. I called him couple times and hi did not answer my phone. I even left him a message explaning that i was in the shower when he came. He did not return my calls. This is such an unprofessional behavior. I would not recommend such kind of person to anybody, especially for an important security job like keys.

He was right on time, friendly and charged less than his larger competitors. It took him about a half hour to change out the complete door lock set, including the deadbolt lock. He had to re-do the work done by another locksmith. He used good quality material, which is more than I can say for the previous locksmith. I'd use him again without hesitation.

They are A's across the board.

The owner, Chet, spoke to me on the phone, gave me a quote and we set up a time. He did need to reschedule, but gave us plenty of time's notice and was prompt when we agreed to another time. He did not charge for travel time, even though he had to make a trip back to his shop to do the spare keys (his mobile unit was being worked on that day). He is new to the area, having just relocated to Middleburg from Wisconsin. A good experience, and we would use him again.
