We are a family-owned and operated business that prides itself on quality work and offers full landscape such as mulching, flower/plant delivery & installation, sod delivery & installation, hedge/bush shaping, landscape design, lighting as well as irrigation services. We do stump grinding, land clearing, rock & milling delivery/installation, culvert installation, tractor work, fill dirt, sand, and rock/shell delivery & installation. We also do hardscape such as paver stones and can make any outdoor kitchen, patio, or pool deck idea come to life. We are certified by the ISA for arborists and have Pest Control & Herbicide certification & licensure so we do tree removal, tree trimming, and tree injections. We appreciate our clients!

- All In One Pavers services all of Brevard County! We install pavers in any area the customer might want. No job too small or too large, however we do have a $1500.00 minimum. We accept cash, checks and debit cards. When using Visa, Master Card, Discover or Capital One a 3% convenience fee will be charged. Corporate Cards will be charged a 4% convenience fee. We do not accept American Express. When signing a contract a 50% deposit is required. An estimate showing the deposit is emailed to customer and a final invoice is also emailed. The final payment is expected on the day of installation or within a 5-day period. A Notice to Owner will be mailed to customers either by manufacturers or All In One Pavers and a Release of Liens will be provided upon final payment. "We recently had our backyard patio extended in front and back and walkways done and All in One Pavers were excellent! Project was completed on time and on budget! It exceeded what we expected and the crew was efficient and clean! Highly recommend!!"

"I recently completed a large pool and deck renovation project with Surfside Pavers. The work involved the setting of more than 2500 square feet of large format 20 mm and 10 mm porcelain tile. The job was quite challenging for a variety of reasons but particularly because of the multiple elevations and the many complicated angles involved. I have to say it was executed to perfection. Surfside’s attention to detail was exemplary. I never saw anyone setting tile without simultaneously verifying their work with a large level. As a result, the tiles were all perfectly aligned with one another and the drainage of the deck was even better than promised. I particularly want to thank Keith Spalding for overseeing the project. He always made time to explain their plans and intentions and patiently answered my many questions. It was obvious he had complete control of the situation and was absolutely dedicated to making our vision a reality. I would recommend Surfside Pavers unreservedly. We've been in business for almost almost 8 years. However we treat Excellence as life long goal as Excellence Is Our Priority. We remove broken and cracked concrete driveways and or patios and walkways and install beautiful pavers of your choice. We do offer 1 year warranty on the job because We do all the work. Never do we take your project and subcontract it out to someone else, Never. We do a variety of Hardscaping and other things as well. But Whatever we do is with Excellence. This is our outlook and our goal. We want to beautify any area and or project you have.
"The pricing was very good. The lowest I quote I had. The price was lowered initially by the female owner without me even asking. The communication was spotty initially and then non existent at the end. I give it to crew, they had an initial road block. Part of my walk way leading to my house was poured with the initial slab for the house. This made it super thick. The boys tried to chip at it but eventually the boss man had to come up with a new plan. The plan was good and it ended up being the best option. The issue I had was with the details. There was a 2 foot by 2 foot corner area that was done very poorly. By poorly I mean It looked like someone blind measured and did it. I have 2 to 3 inch gaps where the house meets the pavers. I have a down spout that is piped underground that had the same gaps. Instead of measuring and cutting pavers to spec, they just decided to used the pavers they already had. Because the pavers are set dimensions it left huge gaps that when you see it you just shake your head. The rest of the area is good but not above average. Some pavers are already starting to become unlevel. The portion was the last part in the day and it was getting dark. Because of this I believe they didn't want to cut pavers and just plopped the ones they had resulting in a ****** job. This allowed them to be done in one day and not come out another time. The issue is when I addressed this with the female owner she assured me it would be fixed. After 4 attempts which included 2 no call no shows I stopped asking them to fix it. Having little things to fix is very common but the great companies fix any to most issues after a job is done. At this point I already payed them in full so the urgency wasn't there. In the end I found out that the owners, a couple, were split and this ultimately affected the communication. The wife would quote and be the middle man and the husband, along with a crew would do the work. Because their personal relationship wasn't good it in the end resulted in poor communication and a job that still has issues needed to be addressed. I wouldn't recommend this company due to the personal side of their relationship affecting the business side. The information about the relationship was told to me by the wife herself which I thought was unprofessional."
