Some features was not got installed initially. Two home inspectors suggested that not redirecting water from the top to the bottom gutter will eventually will lead to water leaking from the roof walls and mold will eventually grow. These locations are indicated as 1 and 2 in the attached pictures. Neighbors roof is similar to mine and they had the rain water guided to the lower gutter using a small down sprout, see attached picture. Neighbor used the same company to install there gutters. Little disappointed that this was not done in my roof.. When i mentioned this to the company they said it's not needed and I have to pay to get them instead. After two home inspectors mentioned that it's needed to be installed, I'm disappointed. I'm just stating the facts and recommend reviewing after instalation and ask questions.

My wife contacted All-Pro Seamless Rain Gutters, LLc on Thursday, 12/12/19 by going to their "Contact Us" page online. She received a quick call back from a gal in the office that took down our information and stated that we would receive a call from "Will" to schedule a time for an estimate to be done. It's now, January 13, 2020 and we NEVER heard a word from the guy! If they can't follow through with scheduling an estimate, makes us wonder just how reliable they are to actually DO the job?! They just lost a potential customer!

Estimate was timely and went well, ending in a contract that met my needs. Salesman specified they would install the top of each downspout in "buckskin" color to match my siding and the remainder below in "white" to match my stucco. The contract included a downspout diagram and indicated approximately 18 inches of "buckskin" below the gutter. This was to accommodate both visual and mechanical needs, allowing installation of security lighting above the downspout curve. Two-man work crew showed up as scheduled. After we walked the property and I verified the lead was aware of the contract requirements, they began installing gutters, which went well. However, when the lead began putting together the first downspout, I could see the "buckskin" segment wasn't long enough to reach the bottom of the siding. I told him it did not look right, but he told me he knew what he was doing and I would be happy when he was done. Once it was up, I could see it was about 5 inches short of reaching the bottom of the siding and I again told him it wasn't right. I reminded him the contract required it to be 18 inches. He turned and walked away, telling me it "is" 18 inches! I knew I couldn't convince him and I wasn't in the mood to argue. As a result, all 4 of the downspouts had to be modified with a longer "buckskin" segment once I sent pictures to the office and spoke with the General Manager. Corrective action was timely and I'm very happy with the final result.

They did an excellent job. The communication was excellent before the job. On time, polite, worked efficiently and did a great job cleaning up after. We are very happy with the looks and total job.. we would definitely recommend this company.

All-Pro did a remarkable job. They showed up earlier than scheduled and were ready to work. We had our Family show up from out of state as a surprise and didn't even have to be there as they installed the rain gutters on our entire house. The look and quality of the product used is great. I dealt with Will (GM) and he was extremely helpful.

Took a while to get them here but that is understandable after the hurricane. Job was completed same day. Installer actually gave some tips to watch for about drainage from the gutters in the deck area around the pool being installed. Gutters look great.

They use very good material and they are professional and clean.

I can not say enough good things about this company. I asked them to contact me (via their website) because I had tried for a few weeks to get another company just to respond to my calls. All-Pro contacted me the next day, and sent a rep out to estimate the job and within 8 days, the crew installed the gutters. They were quick, efficient, polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. Kyle and Rod know what they are doing! I am very, very pleased and will only use All-Pro in the future.

The installer was on time, reviewed the job with me, worked quickly and completely cleaned the work area. The finished job is very professional looking and I'm very pleased.

Very responsive, they put a rush on the job to get it done before I had a patio installed. Unfortunately the patio guys showed up at the same time but they were able to work around them and get the job done. Very happy with work. Did not realize I could get free splash guards with Angie's list membership.

The service went well. There was a slight drip after the original install. The company came back out promptly and fixed the issue. They were excellent.

The representative who came out to do the plan did not include as many down spouts as the installers thought were necessary. They added more down spouts for us at no additional cost. The gutters look very nice and you can hardly tell that we didn't have gutters before.

Estimate was scheduled and performed promptly and efficiently. I asked for an estimate for the front and back of my house and a second estimate for the whole house. Ryan (I think I am remembering the name correctly) explained the design and answered my questions regarding the locations for the downspouts.After discussions of the pros and cons and considering the cost, I elected to have the whole house done. I was told that it might be two weeks before they would be able to schedule the work and I would be called later to schedule.. To my surprise I was called the same week and asked if it would be convenient to do the work the next day. I agreed and the installation team arrived as promised. A three man team worked the job and they finished in about two hours. The installation looks great. I am very satisfied and have no hesitance to recommend them.

I had a moisture issue that was causing a dirt smell in the house when it rained. Contacted All Pro and they called back the same day. Tony came out the next day as promised to give me a quote. On the day of install, they called in advance to confirm and arrived as scheduled/. Quickly went to work to install the gutters. They extended the downspouts in areas on concern and left the site the same way as it was when they arrived,. They were professional and answered all the questions I had. I would definitely recommend them as they did a great job.

The representative was very knowledgable and detailed. After installation I was questioning one area and they came back and tightened everything and all was good. They were out of stock for downspouts so I'm waiting on those to come back in stock. Overall I was very pleased with service

In that this was a new construction home, I was somewhat apprehensive as to what the gutters would do to the roof line. With help with the color selection, everything came out better than I expected. This company is highly recommended.

From the time of first contact to the finish of the job All Pro Seamless Rain Gutters LLC were professional and knowledgeable. They suggested we use the same color downspout as our house and they matched the color perfectly. We have had several neighbors comment on how nice and professional the finished job looks. I showed them an area of my fascia that was missing siding from the builders neglect and they repaired the fascia with NO CHARGE. Absolutely love this company. We received an estimate to bury four of my existing gutter downspouts installed by our builder. The estimate was half the cost of other company quotes. They were punctual and very professional. It's nice to deal with a company who takes pride in their customer service! Highly recommend!
