We purchased our hot water heater 11/2020 and was installed by a different plumber. We had to have it fixed twice (the second time did not fix the problem). We were able to have it removed and have a new one installed since it was still under warranty. We contacted a different plumber, did not show up. Next plumber choice installed new part but did not fix problem. Third recommendation never returned calls. Went on homeadvisor hoping to find someone that could help us. We picked Water Heater man of Brevard on Monday and Clay was able to switch out bad heater with a new one next day. He did a fantastic job and very grateful for a hot shower this morning. I would highly recommend Clay!

He called immediately after request was sent. He quoted a price for the project and explained what was included. He said he would be over quickly and was. Gas water heater was installed and ready to use by 4:30pm. He was the best.
