He was efficient and even though originally I thought the project could wait the water heater sprung a huge leak and he came the next day. He was extremely friendly and even though he added a small part so if in the future a leak ever happened we could just hook up a hose to it so it didn’t get water on my floor. The was reasonable and never changed BC of this or that. I would 100% recommend to everyone!!

Water heater is installed and working. It was a tight install in an inside closet, but he got it in and it works great. I contacted him on a Friday and he called me that same day. I also made some other calls but on Saturday I decided to hire him for three reasons. (1), he had excellent customer reviews, (2) he was the best price, and (3) he could do it sooner than anyone else I talked to. We agreed on a Monday install since he was already working on another project, it was getting late, and he still had to order the slim heater. He arrived about 11 am after picking up the new heater and was driving away about 2:15. I thought that was pretty good on a tight install. The old water heater at the curb was picked up for scrap by someone else that same afternoon.
