Not only did he do a great job, but while he was working, my husband and I were bringing a couch downstairs. Justin noticed I was struggling and ran over to help. He immediately jumped in and helped my husband carry the couch. This gesture was unexpected and truly appreciated a rarity these days. We needed a large screen panel & kick plate replaced on the back porch, plus a small window screen on the side of the house. They came out right away & gave us an estimate. They had to order parts, which arrived quickly. Our service pro was prompt & courteous, and he did nice work at a fair price. Plus...he carefully cleaned up after himself and didn't leave any debris behind!

I had squirrels that chewed through my fascia on the house. The repair was so remarkable! The entire board was replaced and repainted--and it looks better than ever.

It took Justin over two months to replace all our screens, and the last four he brought us were not even our screens. Once we paid him, he ghosted us. I had to have my husband call him from a different number, just to get him to answer the phone. He re-screened my mothers back porch with no problem, and the work was great! We did have a whole list of other handyman chores that we wanted to hire him to perform for us, but he never got back with us on a price, so we assume he did not want the job. If you can get Justin to do all the work that first day, he does good work. Once he leaves, however, good luck getting him to come back in a timely fashion. I texted him that he had brought us the wrong screens, but I have gotten no response. No I’m sorry, no I’ll make it right, nothing.
