The work went well. Several mushroom lamps were replaced, tree mounted lights were moved and system was restarted Difficulty was receiving a call back about the job. Had to make multiple calls. I have used this company for many years, thus I was very disappointed in their communications

Jean and her team were amazing to work with. From the initial contact she was quick to respond, punctual and timely. Jean was very knowledgable about her products and for those random questions I asked, she was honest that she had to do a little research.... however I always had an answer within a few days. The project was executed with complete precision and professionalism and as I changed my mind she and her team were flexible to changes. There was one aspect that didnt work out the way we believed (lighting on an arch) and she was back the next day to correct it. This was a project where for the first time I felt that the company sales rep (Jean) was a partner in this process. She spent a lot of time working with me to get things to the way I was expecting. There were no excuses or BS - just a lot of hard work and partnership. I would highly recommend that if you are considering a lighting project that you work with Jean and the folks at Illuminations USA.

Steve came out to develop a good landscaping plan for my rear garden. He clearly knows this business was very helpful. Job was promptly scheduled, and work was done as scheduled. An additional light was added later and was also completed promptly. Installers were friendly, courteous, and efficient. We would definitely recommend Illuminations USA to others.

It was pretty good. They had to come out a couple of times because of the rain and finally got it working the way my wife wanted it. It did take a while for them to get scheduled as they were not from the local area and they had to drive and so we had to coordinate the schedule for getting here. I would say that the price was fair but by the time he comes in, you upgrade or need some other things and the price get higher and that is not close to what when you buy it and that is the only thing that my complaint about. There was one said price and then when you come out and install new stuff the price kind of goes up a little bit. There was upgrade of lights and some other things, so no big deal. It wasn't great but I am sure there are more expensive people out there. They had to come out a few times and he was nice enough to do that. He is not from the local area so we had to coordinate the schedule.

It went very well. Everything went as I hoped for. They came exactly when they said they would. They were on time, They did exactly the job they said they would, They are coming back tomorrow to make a small adjustment that I asked them to do. They called me back within 15 minutes of my calling them and asking about a small adjustment. They are just Johnny on the spot. I got the special from Angie's List, but as I had rather expected would happen, I upgraded it. I am sure the special was a good deal but I upgraded it and spent a good deal more. I was happy with what I spent and what they did. The quality of work is wonderful. They installed it on Monday and I have only actually looked at it for two nights but it looks very nice. They had somebody come in the evening of the first day to make sure that the installation looked good at night-it couldn't have been better. They were right on time.

It went well. The installers were a little careless, but the product is good and the salesman was very professional.

From the first phone call to the follow up call to make sure I was satisfied, Illuminations exceeded my expectations. I was a bit worried because of the low price that I would not receive quality components, however they were the same high quality, and very bright, lights I was hoping to get. We are getting ready to do our back yard and they will be getting my business again.

They called me back the same day. (The other company got back to me a week later). Don presented several options and recommended the cheapest one for my situation. He gave me good honest advice. They installed and repaired the lights a few days later and I am very happy with the results.

Steve Riggs worked with our HOA, and repaired/replaced the lighting at the front entrance of our development. The original equipment was 20 years old and Illuminations replaced everything with low power bright LED lighting. Very professional.

They can transform the outside of your house. They do a really good job.
