house cleaning
+ -1 moreWe recently moved and are now in the process of selling our previous house. Our experiences with house shopping made it very clear that a clean house is much easier to sell than a dirty one. Since we were in the difficult process of moving, we decided to hire someone to do the cleaning. One of our realtor's other clients recommended Luis and Patricia Ramirez (A Mansion in Heaven LLC). I contacted them on Tuesday, and they were able to clean our house on Thursday, enabling us to get our house on the market quickly. They cleaned our house very well. When potential buyers tour our house, they find a clean house with a pleasant, subtle, clean smell. (I don't like overpowering perfumes.) Specifically, no one will know the house was inhabited by three cats! We are very happy with the work Luis and Patricia did for a reasonable price.
Description of Work: Luis and his crew completely cleaned our empty house so that it could be ready for sale.
